The lock, magazine, and barrel are constructed of metal, while the plastic frame and the trigger guard provide a realistic feel. The doublesided wing selector is located in the rear of the lock, and the lock release on the right side is activated with the thumb. With each shot, a dummy lock retracts, and after emptying the magazine, stays in the rear position. This provides a 'kick' effect, while adding to the realism and enjoyment of shooting.
