Complete, reinforced gearbox in version v.2 dedicated to the M4 / M16 type replicas. It is an ideal solution for people who want to buy a good quality gearbox at a reasonable price. The skeleton has been adapted to 8mm slide and ball bearings, and thanks to the structure reinforced in critical places, stronger springs can also be used. The gearbox has a quick spring change system compatible with Speca Arms replicas of the CORE and ONE series.
The Enter & Convert™ system allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected in the field of airsoft combat, without having to disassemble the entire gearbox, and thus having access to a workshop or a number of specialized tools. After removing the gearbox from the replica's body, the replacement process itself takes just a few seconds - the spring and the guide are pulled out through the hole in the back wall of the skeleton.
Inside there are, among others: reinforced steel gears 18; 1, a M110 spring, a light polymer piston with a full steel strip, an aluminum piston head with bearings and sealed, an aluminum cylinder head with a soft dumper, an aluminum chrome cylinder type 0, a sealed polymer nozzle and metal, ball-bearing spring guide. The mentioned configuration, depending on the replica, generates an average muzzle velocity in the range of 400-420 FPS.
A characteristic feature of this frame is the adaptation to the micro-contact included in the set, instead of the classic shorted plates, thanks to which the trigger response is significantly improved and the life of LiPo batteries is improved.
